With more than 25 years of experience in ophthalmology, Op. Dr. Sami is a highly regarded expert in cataract surgery, glaucoma, retinal diseases, and blepharoplasty. Throughout his career, he has served in both military and civilian hospitals across Turkey, and has broadened his clinical expertise through international research fellowships in the United States.

Dr. Toyran earned his medical degree from GATA Medical Faculty and completed his residency in ophthalmology in 2000. Since then, he has performed over 20,000 ophthalmic procedures. As of 2023, he continues his practice as an ophthalmologist at a private hospital in Izmir, Turkey.
